The location is perfect in my opinion. There are nice cafes and shops nearby.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment, or at least a fan in the room. In the heat of +35, you want at least a little coolness in the apartment.

Мы жили в районе Побле Сек-очень зеленый, красивый и безопасный район. Квартира в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро (зеленая ветка) очень удобно добираться до главных достопримечательностей. Чистая, аккуратная квартира со всем необходимым для проживания (жаль, что тапочек не было-брали свои). Нам понравилась квартира. Очень отзывчивый хозяин)

Ванная-был слабый напор воды в кране (но мы написали хозяину и на след день все починили) и на самой ванной были сколы (надеюсь, тоже скоро устранят, чтобы визуально было красиво)

Excellent location of apartment and close walk to Metro stop.

Apartment advertised as having A/C and it absolutely DOES NOT. If I had known this beforehand I would not have booked this apartment. The managers brought us two fans for our stay, but they were just fans not A/C units or a method of making the apartment cooler. The many flights of stairs and incredibly small elevator option also make in and out of the apartment uncomfortable albeit manageable for able bodied individuals.
