Palais du SOLEIL MONACO Terrasse & Parking

The apartment was super cozy with a great balcony to enjoy the morning sun. Location is a bit uphill, but this is Monaco, everything is uphill and downhill. We also reserved the parking garage (700m away), which was perfect for the value, considering there is very little parking spaces in Monaco center.

The balcony would need a quick refurbishment, especially the fence. Everything else was splendid.

Very good location, close to elevators/ stairs leading to the casino. The apartment corresponds to the pictures, has A/C in every room.

We had noisy neighbors and unfortunately the walls are thin. Might be noisy on weekend time. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

The location was good as it was walking distance to the race circuit.

We arrived at the apartment 2 hours after we could get in, 1800hrs when the first arrival was 1600 hrs. The apartment had not been cleaned and the mess from the last residents was still evident in the apartment. We contacted the owners/ rental company and they advised this was a mistake and if we went away for 2 hours it would be cleaned. We returned at 2000hrs and it was all clean. The apartment was very small for 5 adults but Ok. We found that the main lounge sliding door lock and the lock to one of the bedrooms was broken so the apartment was insecure. We made the owners/ rental company aware and they initially said they would send someone to repair it but wanted us to stay in and wait, which we didnt think was reasonable. In the end they did not repair the doors and said because we were on a third floor (At the rear but not the front) we were safe. I think this was expensive for the quality of the accommodation.
