The location to the convention and exhibition Center was ideal
Key collection simple and easy
Only one set of keys- so door not lockable or accessible unless guests leave together
No soap in one bathroom- only shampoo etc for two nights
No hand towels
Super thin bath towels
Stayed three nights but only tea n coffee n milk for two nights

Everything was great. We loved the location and all it had to offer. Was close to everything and the tram was just outside giving us easy access to all of Melbourne.
I would have liked a second set of keys it was really awkward at times having to wait for our housemates.

Short walk to convention centre Tram right outside Pretty quiet considering the location
Bed was very firm and furniture was tired. Only get one key and have to key lock door inside and out.
