I lived my stay here. Luca and his mother are amazing and lovely people. The apartment and room is super clean, there is AC, tv, a beautiful balcony to watch the sunset and anything you need. The breakfast is delicious and she is there to help you with anything you need. I felt like home. You have 2 supermarkets at a minute walk from the apartment, bus stations 2minutes away that can take you downtown/city center or to the beach. You have restaurants close by top max 10minutes walk if you would like to stay around the house. She prepared a little breakfast to go bag when i left early around 6am to visit La Maddalena which is very considerate. When i will return to Sardinia, i 100% will book again here. 10/10 is an understatement. Apartment is arou d 25-20min walk from the city center which is not much. The neighborhood is very calm too. Lovely hosts very knowledgeable of Sardinian history and sights, perfect cappucino in the morning, lovely view and beautiful room and bathroom, conveniently located right near supermarkets and very affordable pizzerie and restaurants, 15 min walk from the train station. Will stay again when in Olbia. Perfect stay.
