Overall not a great stay, uncomfortable, cold and just not pleasant

We liked how homely it was made to feel and extra gas canister Towels provided Oil heaters provided

Unfortunately the electric tripped at least 3-4 times a day, we switched most things off however the heaters in the caravan don’t warm up well and the oil heaters were not enough, the gas fire in the lounge was great but obviously could not be left on long periods of time so we woke up to about 2 degree nights and the kids ended up unwell, I get caravans in the winter would be cold however sufficient heating would be better. The oven only had one shelf so when cooking dinner we could only fit 1 tray side ways, the glasses in the cupboard were smeary and dirty, the cutlery was dirty, very minimal utensils.

It was warm on arrival that’s about all I can say it very dated

Kitchen dirty very sticky cupboards and work tops shower tray broken and dangerous water flowed through tray to concrete below no bedding did email with no response very noisy kids on site disrespectful definitely not safe after dark

on the booking app the presentation is fenomenal but the reality it's the opposite. After the check-in i contact the manager and she didn't give a s..t about my complain about the: clining on the caravan. the condition of caravan. not recommend

Caravan very old, smelt very doggy (it does state animal friendly) but bad smell of damp & fusty Needs good deep clean

Out dated and in need of repair.

It was close to everything ie shop, onsite club etc. The beds were comfortable and the Internet was strong so we didn't have any issues.

Unfortunately the caravan was old and tatty. The curtains had rings missing, the seal on the doors was half hanging off, the seating had rips and faded, the table and chairs legs were rusted. The shower floor was cracked, so when you stand on it the floor bowed. The bin didn't have a lid. There wasn't a hoover so we could clean before we left. Marks on walls. The heaters were rusted. The fire in the room area was covered in dust.

Nice, quiet place.

It was quiet... few minute walk to the beach and a corner shop also. But the beach is mainly all pebbles, but either way, my daughter loved it all. Loved being away from our home.

Its a nice place, owners are friendly and nice but since it was my first caravan experience I didnt know what to expect. The pictures look nice, but unfortunately there was hidden mold in the bathroom and on the bedroom curtains.
