Everything! Beautiful home, the décor is amazing! I love the open floor plan from the kitchen into the living room. The folding glass panel wall, leading out into the garden (backyard), makes the living room seem even larger. They thought of everything from the umbrellas, in case it rains, to the assorted teas bag, and espresso for your convenience. We did not need to use the dining room, the island in the kitchen was large enough. We did not do a lot of cooking just breakfast with items we purchased from the local supermarket nearby. The house is not air conditioned,(as most homes are not), but they did have at least two fans.One stand alone in the living room that oscillated and another small one in one of the bedrooms. Be sure to open all of the windows and the folding panel wall downstairs to catch all of the outside air as soon as you arrive. At bedtime, we closed all the downstairs windows and left the upstairs bedroom and bathroom windows open. The home is very relaxing and peaceful, especially after our five night, stay in downtown London, which was very busy for us, with all of the activities we had planned. The neighborhood is also quiet. We also enjoyed the backyard, walking around looking at all of the trees. There's even a Christmas tree (Evergreen/Fern). If you're looking for a spacious place to stay with TOP QUALITY amenities, in a very relaxing atmosphere looked no further, this is your house!

When taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom, the floor gets quite wet from the shower water over spilling.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Small improvements would make it a 10. BBQ area. More Garden furniture so you could sit outside as a family on a nice evening. Maybe more towels. These are just small things that the host could look at. But not essential.
