Nice cafe - Studio 1 round corner as was Coop.
This is a work in progress, recently acquired we assume, so things needed to be done to bring it up to excellent standard.
TV difficulties with sound and selection
Showers need attention
Fridge and fridge door require attention.
Table chairs need attention.
All very easy to put right, putting this house into excellent category.
More Harry Potter themed items would really enhance this property.

The house is large and light in a quiet area with a private garden. A very pleasant modern house and setting, and excellent location, 10 mins walk from the Harry Potter Studio, 2 mins to bus-stop, and a supermarket on the doorstep.
The house seemed to be spotlessly clean at first sight. Bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen fine. However, the house is not sufficiently cared for. Some of the cupboards and bedroom drawers had various items in them, teeshirts, plugs, screws, to give a few examples, and weren't properly tidied. The wheelie bin was full and more full bin bags were piled up next to it. The kitchen is seriously lacking in the basic utensils that are necessary, even for preparing a basic meal for 7 people. The freezer compartment doors were broken and jammed with the frost. Similar comments were made previously in another review, but still need attention. This house could be absolutely perfect , but it definitely needs better preparation for the needs and comfort of a large group.
