Perfect for large families and groups, this newly renovated retreat offers breathtaking balconies, cool ocean breezes, air-conditioned bedrooms, backup power and water, and easy access to beaches, kiosks, and island adventures.
Designed for gathering and relaxing, the villa features 2 kitchens, multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, and stunning panoramic views throughout the property. Three private guest suites with ensuite bathrooms are connected by a covered outdoor balcony, creating a unique Caribbean-style layout ideal for groups traveling together.
Guests also enjoy access to our large resort-style pool area located just a short drive from the villa. The pool is exclusively available for guests staying at our villas and includes lounge areas, a gazebo, and bathroom facilities.

Guests have full access to the entire villa and front outdoor areas during their stay. Enjoy spacious covered balconies, multiple living and dining spaces, and tropical fruit trees including mango, papaya, and avocado when in season.
Guests also have access to our large resort-style pool area located just a short drive from the villa. The pool area is exclusively available to guests staying at our villas and includes lounge areas, a covered gazebo, and bathroom facilities.
For safety reasons, the steep backyard area behind the villa is not accessible to guests.

Nestled in the hills of Luquillo, the villa is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood overlooking both the Atlantic coastline and El Yunque National Rainforest. The area offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience — close enough to enjoy beaches, restaurants, and excursions while still feeling private and relaxing.

A rental car is highly recommended for exploring the area and enjoying everything Puerto Rico has to offer. The villa is conveniently located in Luquillo, approximately 45 minutes from San Juan International Airport, with easy access to beaches, El Yunque National Rainforest, Fajardo excursions, ferries to Vieques and Culebra, and many of eastern Puerto Rico’s top attractions.
Luquillo Beach and the famous kiosks are just a short drive away, and some guests choose to walk depending on weather and comfort with hills. Free parking is available at the villa.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the resort-style pool area is located a short drive from the villa and is shared exclusively with guests staying at our other nearby villas. The pool area includes lounge seating, a covered gazebo, and bathroom facilities.
The villa is equipped with backup power generation and backup water systems to help provide comfort during occasional island utility outages. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
Three of the bedrooms are connected by a covered outdoor balcony, creating a unique tropical-style layout that works well for families and groups traveling together.
For safety reasons, the steep backyard area behind the villa is not accessible to guests.
Cancellation Policy: Any eligible refund will be less non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors. These fees are not retained by the property owner and cannot be recovered once a payment has been processed.

It was a beautiful and clean home, with plenty of space, and an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. My whole family were very happy with it. The hosts also responded to any inquiries in short time.

The view was outstanding! The location was exactly what we wanted. The pool was a little farther than I expected but still only a 5 min car ride or 15 min walk . The pool was wonderful, large and well maintained.
Definitely spent many afternoons relaxing there. The villa needed a deep clean but it was overall good. We did not have any wifi nor TV service the entire stay. This made early mornings and evenings tough especially with the kids. We notified the host on the second day but they never figured it out. I asked for a credit once the trip was over as we purchased additional data on our cellular devices but they did not respond. I would stay here again but insist on it being cleaned better and guarantee the wifi works! Luckily we had a great view!

I've given myself a couple of weeks to write this review because I want to be fair. so, let's start with the pros:The house itself is lovely and spacious, the bedrooms were clean and well appointed, the kitchen in the main house was adequate. Everything that we were told would be there, was. Carlos (local handyman) was great, as was Aida (housekeeper), both were very sweet and kind
The cons:* Incomplete check in information. There were several areas of the house, 3 had separate means of entrance. Check in was at 4, I didn't get the info for the 3rd section until after I submitted a message thru Vrbo, all other numbers were unanswered, recieved response after about 8* the main bathroom, door lock was broken, trapping someone in there until we got him out
I honestly wouldn't even have written about those, except for the following* the listing has certain things listed as being included, some basic stuff. We reserved for 15 ppl. There are 6 bathrooms total. Toilet paper was listed as included. I contacted the caretaker when we were running low. After reminding the caretaker that this was included, I received a message from Megan that "an unlimited supply" was not included. 6 bathrooms, 2 rolls (12 total) for 15 ppl for 7 days. The math wasn't mathing friends, and I didn't appreciate the snark.* there is a pool, but if anyone in your group has mobility issues, it's not accessible. Finally, we found roaches and signs of bedbugs in the studios, but hadn't seen it till last da
