Built in 1910 by a visionary, Weyerhaeuser-Denkmann lumber heiress, Hauberg Estate is one of the premier historic properties in the Quad Cities, Andrew's Place is named after the caretaker, Andrew Rietz, who lived in the Carriage Haus and was a beloved employee of the Denkmann-Hauberg family for over 50 years. Andrew's Place is a spacious 2400 square foot apartment that overlooks the estate. Sit on the loggia and enjoy your coffee, listen to your favorite records, CD's, or cassettes. Enjoy your choice of white or red wine always stocked in the kitchen refrigerator. Enjoy restful sleep on bamboo sheets and silk robes. A tour of the Mansion is offered for a $10.00 fee.

We loved the location! So beautiful overlooking downtown Rock Island. We were high above with well kept grounds and woodsy landscape. The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. It's a beautiful coachhouse. Andew's House was delightful!

The apartment was wonderful, a step back in time! The beds were comfortable and the apartment was so charming. The gardens were so pretty, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. Definitely would stay again!
