The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a complex built in the "Hacienda" style, featuring white stucco and red tile roofing. It is modern in design and fully equipped for daily living. Ideal for couples or individuals wishing to spend a few weeks up to two months on the Costa Brava, combining work and leisure. One child is also welcome. The apartment is situated in a quiet bay near Lloret de Mar (Fenals) on the Costa Brava, surrounded by pine trees and lovely beaches that are just a short walk away. The Cala de Fenals beach promenade is within a 10-minute walk of the apartment. At the end of Fenals Bay, hiking trails invite you to stroll through the pine woods and up the cliffs to discover further rocky coves. The building sits on an elevated spot, offering a view that extends over the neighboring rooftops to a wide horizon. The loggia provides shade in the summer and sunshine in the winter.

A network of hiking trails runs both along the coast (GR92) and inland through the forest. Spring and autumn, in particular, offer wonderful opportunities to explore the beauty of the Costa Brava on foot. In contrast to the hustle and bustle of Lloret de Mar, Fenals is quiet and relaxed.
