Building with private pool and private garden, all equipped and furnished. It has a balcony, bright, very sunny. Renovated kitchen. 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown. Concierge service

The apartment is at the heart of Costa Brava. It´s located on the 4th floor of a building with 2 elevators. The building is provided with direct access to the swimming pool, garden area and playground private.
Everything you need is at close vicinity, beach, various restaurants, night clubs, coffee shops, many stores for shopping. Basically there is no need to have a car here! This area gives you the access to join the Lloret de Mar, lifestyle and enjoy the many tourist attractions nearby which mostly are on Avenida America where the apartment is located.
We have a pollout sofa. There is one TV, and towels and sheets are provided. You also have a complete kitchen with a coffe maker, toaster, refrigerator and the essentials for cooking and dining in. There is a lovely balcony with table and chairs.

The front door was locked and owner had keys for us inside the Complex to pick up, but did not tell us how we were going to get into complex. The pillows had no cases. I understand that there was no air con, but there also was no fan in the property to which we had to buy as was impossible to sleep without it. Also there was no key for the back gate to enter from the back into the complex to which we had to walk around the block back to front door of complex to get in. The location is good, the safety also of the location is perfect, the pool is lovely.
