This two-story retreat features 2 spacious upstairs bedrooms, 3 total beds, and 3 full bathrooms (including one on the main level). Each bedroom includes a private ensuite with essentials, and the master boasts a whirlpool tub and private patio. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Important Information
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests on longer stays may need to restock.
• Dogs only, with a maximum of two dogs. A $150 pet fee per reservation is charged separately before arrival.
• Unauthorized pets or violations of the dog-only policy incur a $300 fee.
• No smoking indoors. Violations incur a $250 fee.
• Returned items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Unauthorized late checkout incurs a $50 fee.
KAYAKS, FAMILY ESSENTIALS, PARKING AND LAUNDRY
Two kayaks and a Pack 'n Play travel crib are provided. Both bedrooms are upstairs with private en suite bathrooms; the third full bathroom is downstairs. A full washer and dryer are in the closet just off the kitchen, next to the stairwell. Parking accommodates three vehicles: one in the garage and two in the driveway. Trailer parking is available for trailers under 26 feet.

We were very happy with the property and enjoyed all the area had to offer. Would love to make a return trip earlier in the year to take in a day of racing as well as cooler hiking temps. House has a great layout and location, we would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and a great time. The weather wasn’t great but we made the best of it.
