On the same grounds as Bell Manor, attending events there has never been easier. No need to travel back into town for a hotel room. Stay at the Valley of The Bell.
Dedicated parking area for guests.
Private entrance. Large deck overlooking the Scioto River Valley. As you enter the suite, you will find a sitting area to catch up on your work or just relax and enjoy your favorite show on the television. Stocked coffee bar and refrigerator.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 2,features a queen size bed with a bonus pull out sofa for additional sleeping area. You will find the beds & bedside tables feature charging stations for your convenience. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. The private bathroom has a glass enclosed shower, LED vanity mirror to help you get on your way quickly and looking your best.
The 2 bedrooms and bath are all adjacent and connected by a shared hallway.
We live in the 1st floor of the home and are available for requests and needs of our guests.
Guest access:
Guests have private use of designated parking area, the deck, bedrooms and bathroom of the unit.
Owner lives in lower unit, please do not block garages or driveway. Keep all vehicles in gravel parking area.
The front porch of lower unit is not available to guests.
Other things to note:
Please do not enter the front porch area and yard of the home. We live in the first floor of the home.
