This studio is charming and very well equipped. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay!
It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and includes a living area composed of :
- a living room equipped with a television with Fire stick tv;
- a sleeping area with a double bed;
- an equipped and functional kitchen;
- and a shower room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
You will stay :
- At 700m from the Matabiau train station
- At the foot of the Canal du Midi
- near many bars and restaurants;
- near the St aubin district, with the famous Toulouse establishment "café théâtre 3T";
- 8 minutes walk from the train station and the metro;
- 10 minutes walk from the Place du Capitole;
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour City" just a few steps away.
- St Aubin's second-hand market : every Saturday morning.
- St Aubin's market: every Sunday morning.
Do you need to arrive before 4pm or leave after 11am?
We offer this early arrival or late departure service at a supplement of €15 up to 2 hours before or after the scheduled time, and then €5 for each additional hour.
