Bring your family and friends to this gorgeous, secluded, newly renovated lakefront property! You get the best of both worlds with the beautiful, serene lakefront and the spacious and cozy home that can sleep up to 8 people! This property has everything that you will need! Fully stocked kitchen with cookware and appliances, every room has Smart TVs with Hulu, plenty of linen, and dedicated workspace! And don`t forget to enjoy our private kayaks and fire pit during your stay!
This duplex unit features 2 king-size beds, 1 full bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. We also provide fast and free unlimited WiFi and smart TVs in every room! Gull Lake is (we think) the MOST beautiful lake on the southern half of Michigan. The water is clean, clear, and a beautiful teal color. We hope you will love it here as much as we do!
Guests have full access to the duplex, huge backyard deck, and lakefront!

Shared access to upper deck as well as the deck on the lake for beautiful sunsets, drinks, etc. You may use our kayaks at anytime. Kayaks must be returned to the deck when not in use.
Parties are absolutely prohibited. If this House Rule is broken, you will incur a $500 charge.
No smoking is allowed in the house. If there is any evidence of smoking; smells, paraphernalia, etc. you will incur a $500 charge.
