About this house rental
This lovely two-bedroom cottage is a cozy spot for your Falmouth vacation. Recently renovated, this single-story cottage is a short ride (or bike ride) to the best of Falmouth.

Enter a nicely-appointed main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable furniture and a large flat screen smart TV and WiFi. The nicely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances including an electric range. The dining area is directly next to the kitchen
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bath with laundry area.
The other bedroom has a double bed.
There is also a full bathroom with a great shower located off of the main hallway.
The cottage has CENTRAL A/C.
Downtown Falmouth has a library, Carousel, playground,
shops and many restaurants.
Cyclists, walkers, joggers and explorers will love the easy access to the Shining Sea Bike Path which goes 10.6 miles from North Falmouth to Woods Hole with many stops in between to enter the path or stop to explore beaches and Downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants.
Woods Hole is at the end of the bike path with the aquarium, Marine Biological laboratory,
Woods Hole oceanographic Institute. Steamship Authority Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and some fantastic restaurants some shops and and even a museum
Convenient to the Falmouth Harbor with ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Fishing excursions and many nice restaurants.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

My partner and I and our 5 month old baby stayed here for a week for the 4th of July and would stay again! A major positive for us was the location! The beach is a quick 8-10 minute walk, the ferry is a 5 minute walk, and downtown is a short drive away. A few other details we really appreciated were the updated appliances, the cooling system worked amazingly, and the home was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need- from all free clear unscented laundry detergent to decaf coffee. Jamie also went out of her way and brought over a pack and play and a high chair for our baby girl which was super thoughtful! Our only complaint was the property did not yet have WiFi despite it being listed as an amenity. It didn’t seem like a big deal at first but as the week went on, we realized how limiting that was, e.g., no tv, no baby monitor. A couple things worth noting if you have small children, the home is on a road with moderate traffic thru out the day/night. We used a sound machine to counter the noise and it worked great. Secondly, the home gets a ton of natural light in the bedrooms. We bought portable black out curtains on Amazon to help our little one sleep during the day. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would book it again!
