24 Worcester Court, Falmouth Heights. 2.5 block walk to Falmouth Heights beach! Short WALK to Island Queen ferry - access to Martha's Vinyard or Nantucket. Beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath over-sized cape. Kitchen appliances / first floor laundry upgraded in 2016. First floor bedroom and living room renovated last year as well! Master has a new (2018) king bed and window A/C units in all bedrooms. Large back deck with gas grill. Scenic Worcester Court includes park area for Frisbee or wiffle ball. Restaurants/pub in walking distance right on Falmouth Heights Beach.

About as close to the beach as you can get for this price. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us that stayed over a long weekend. Chris was very accommodating and responsive to our texts throughout the weekend we were there. Also - could not ask for better or friendly neighbors in the house next door.

Perfect location and beautiful house! We had a great trip there and hope to return. The walk to the beach and the proximity to town really can't be beat!
