The home was laid out nicely, clean and comfortable. We also felt very safe in the building as there are several access codes needed to enter the premises, building and home. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance and the CTA Bus and L are nearby as well. The owner of the home was very responsive to any of our questions and even provided videos on certain how-to's. For example, we wanted to know where and how to access the laundry facilities, and voila, a very quick and simple video helped really fast. Pretty cool, actually. If I come back to the Northeast side of the city again, I would stay here again.

There really should be a clear statement about how significant the train noise is, as the train is right next to the building and if this is 24 hours a day. A previous review has mentioned this already. About the location is in a nice neighborhood, We would not rent this apartment again because of the significant noise to the apartment all day long. It is extremely difficult to sleep with this noise Also, the lockbox outside gives a set of keys that are supposed to work to open the locked door as you enter the building. The building door does not lock at all, so these keys are not necessary but also is another compromise security one feels. The water pressure in the shower was also mentioned in a previous review, and is still an issue in the bathroom. The shower pressures are extremely weak.
