Our place is a newly renovated.! You'll love the kitchen, the fireplace, the outdoor deck and it's coziness. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guests will like having their private entrances to their downstairs garden level apartment.
Our Victorian row house, with the red door, is located in the heart of East Lincoln Park & walking distance to Lincoln Park Zoo, the Conservatory and many restaurants and bars. (see photos).
Transportation is very convenient - Bus routes stop at the corner & taxis are easy to hail.
If you are driving, we have covered parking for a nominal charge.

Excellent location for exploring Lincoln Park by foot or a quick Uber ride to popular Chicago attractions. Jon was a very pleasant and welcoming host . The apartment is nicely furnished and up to date on amenities .

Apt was very clean. We had good kitchen with tools and pans Bed was comfortable and Shower great. Parking was great and close by. Well worth the extra money! Jon the host was great. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, convenient location in Lincoln Park. Steps down to the apartment were a bit challenging, so wouldn’t recommend for anyone handicapped. Otherwise, a keeper.

Fantastic location, convenient and secure parking, cute garden level configuration. Unfortunately, the bathroom drainage pipes were emitting unpleasant sewage odors, enough to diminish the quality of our stay.
