This recent two-storey house is located in a very quiet residential area, 150m from the Auberge de Cassagne (5 stars). The property is fully furnished and fully equipped. There is a living room, dining room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (double beds) with dressing room, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a laundry room, a garage, bicycles available, a terrace with deckchair, as well as a large swimming pool of 5m in diameter. The furniture and appliances are new.
This accommodations are rented in Airbnb for the period from June to August (short term, summer period), but can also be rented for long term (from September to June).
The house is close to all amenities (shopping centers, parks etc.), only 10 minutes from the city center of Avignon (visit the Pont Saint Benezet and the Palais des Papes) and 15 minutes from the Parc Spirou and the Lake of Monteux. The regional natural parks are 30 min. away (The Alpilles and the Luberon)
