Ancient country house restored with taste and harmony that maintains the charm of the Tuscan countryside properties located near the village of Suvereto.
In a strategic position to reach the beautiful beaches of the Sterpaia Park in 10 minutes by car and in a few minutes by car you can reach the historical villages of Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima and in 30 minutes the towns of Follonica and Massa Marittima.
The property has four flats; each flat has a furnished private patio. Glicine and Bougainvillea can be rented by one family as one door is communicating. Five parking spaces are available on the property.
Washing machine available in a communal laundry room.

Via an external staircase we reach the flat (on the first floor of the farmhouse)
Arranged on a single level where we find a living room with a beautiful fireplace, a reading room with sofas, a separate kitchen with a table, two bathrooms with showers and three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and hills.
Internet wifi is available for guests.
