Enjoy the spacious living area with a queen sleeper and tile flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your meal prep needs! Additional guest room with 2 queen beds. With a breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix Orange Beach II is a hit for all groups!
As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

**Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**

Overall, this was a great condo, in a great building. The amenities (pool, lazy river, slide) are all phenomenal. Which is great, since it was double red flags for our entire trip. My only real complaint is about the ice maker in the living room. It runs a drain cycle that is very loud for roughly a minute every hour or so. I also looked in it and saw mold on the slide where the ice drops from the tray.If you've never stayed in Orange Beach before, just know this section is very high traffic, so you will need to plan a few extra minutes to get in and out of the parking deck (great parking deck!).

The condo unit was so lovely! The decor is very warm, cozy beach vibe! Felt like home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the variety of patio furniture was fantastic. I requested some extra pillows upon our arrival since there were just two on the king bed, and I messaged the host and he had them delivered the very next morning! Awesome response time and very friendly! First time staying in Phoenix Orange Beach II! Property was beautiful and well maintained. The lazy river, water slide, and zero entry outdoor pool were very loved by our kiddos! The indoor pool was very nice too for the rainy days as well. The only “negative” about the property was the security guards asking to see our wristbands quite a bit. While we understand that they want to ensure only OB2 guests are there, it got a bit overwhelming and slightly annoying having them ask to see our bands every-time we were trying to enjoy the pool areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a gorgeous unit! Can’t go wrong!
