Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

From the moment we got off the elevator and walked toward the room I was observing the dated building. As soon as we opened the door to the room the smell was overwhelming. Very strong musty smell. If this was a hotel I would have asked for another room.
The photos of the unit looked ready good online but in person it’s very dated. The windows/sliders in the primary & family room have are very old and hard to slide & need to be replaced. The seal is broken on both so hard to see clearly outside. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Not all the TV’s work and tried to text stating that but no response. A fresh coat of paint would really help. The air fresheners we purchased helped the odor… this is not a place I would recommend or stay in again.
