Welcome to a secluded slice of heaven overlooking Conesus Lake in New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes. Twenty minutes from Letchworth State Park and innumerable local attractions is our glamping paradise. A short distance to over 66 miles of hiking trails, three large waterfalls and over 100 smaller cascades. Close to SUNY Geneseo, many local breweries, wineries, restaurants, flea markets, farm stands, Amish country and so many other fun adventures. The property itself is fenced in for your furry family and has a large gazebo fire pit, a stock tank pool, two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, gas grill with side burner for all of your gourmet outdoor cooking and is surrounded by a few more unfenced, explorable acres. The camper features a queen size bed, twin RV bunk beds and a full size pull out sofa. There is both RV style central air conditioning and a window unit in the primary bedroom. A small dishwasher, thermal coffee maker and full size refrigerator with ice maker make your stay a bit easier. Room for 1 outdoor tent if you’d like to bring one along. There is an air mattress as well for your use. Please note-there is no direct lake access for this property but there are numerous public access points close by. Vitale Park and Long Point Park are 2 examples. Please note-there is no internet or television here. We use our phones as hot spots if we need to connect but the point of being here is to disconnect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The camper has everything we needed and then some. The screen porch was very comfortable and the fenced in yard was so easy with our dog. The outdoor bathroom was AMAZING. I loved feeling totally submerged in nature. We hope to return one day.

Such a lovely little place my boyfriend and I enjoyed.Everything was clean and so cozy. Little peace of heaven.Slept like Angels. Communication with our host Kristen was clear with a very quick response back. Felt safe and welcomed.Great breakfast recommendation called the leisure.Lovely little community and look forward to returning.Would like to have public access points for reference to use the pond.

Don’t pass this one by! What a stunning property. Wildflowers, birds, black caps & fireflies. Very peaceful with a beautiful view. Cute little nature trails and lots of space to spread out. A beautiful breeze comes up from the lake while your floating in your personal pool. The camper was spotless, in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of clean linens and towels. The little bathhouse was also spotless. Everything is fully stocked, they’ve thought of every last thing you’ll need. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We will be back!

We loved how cozy the RV was. The property was very pretty with wild life nearby. The kids loved seeing the bunnies, playing in the pool, and the evening firepit to roast marshmallows. I was happpy to see there was no TV, so our kids had to play outside and enjoy nature! We felt very safe in the property. The sunset view was amazing with the lake in the background from afar.
