Cocoonr is offering this charming, south-facing, seafront duplex for rent in Barneville-Carteret. It measures 66 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Situated on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely, light-filled living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a bath. Free Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 66 m² living area with a sofa and a dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180x200) and a travel cot
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with a sea view
- Separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside:
A 2 m² balcony (1 m x 2 m), perfect for enjoying sunny days

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
