Book us for our first season! Discover serenity at Hillside A-frame in Roseboom, NY! Our cozy off-grid cabin offers a tranquil escape amidst nature. Just 13 miles from Cooperstown and 8 miles from Cherry Valley, it's an ideal base for exploring or unwinding off the grid. Welcome to relaxation!
Escape to our secluded A-Frame cabin in the woods for a serene "glamping" (no electricity) experience. This cabin is equipped with a king sized bed and large windows that overlook the nearby flowing creek. Outside, find a picnic area, fire pit, and two Adirondack chairs. Access the shared but separate outhouse on your way from the vehicle.
A-Frame:
King size bed
Pillows and linens

Lighting (solar and re-chargeable lanterns)
Misc cooking items
- Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
- Grill tongs, grill spatula, 1 small pot, 1 small pan, pot holders
- Eating Utensils for 2: plates, cups, bowls, silverware, steak knives, coffee mugs
- Misc.: 1 cutting knife, 1 cutting board
HEATING:
- Fire-pit
-Buddy heater available as your only indoor heating option * please bring your own 1 lb propane tanks for use* there are occasionally some for sale but none provided for your stay at the cabin.
-Firewood: Guests are welcome to explore the property and gather sticks and wood for fires free of charge. For added convenience, wood bundles are available for purchase (cash required).
