The apartment is fully private, however, please note that it is a "dual-key" space. You’ll enter through the main door into a small hallway. This apartment is through the door on the left, while a separate studio apartment is located through the door on the right. It's important to note that there may be guests staying in the studio apartment during your stay.

Private Onsite Parking: Enjoy the convenience of your own dedicated parking spot, located right on the property. The carpark is secure and free of charge, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay. Please note, as it’s an inner-city carpark, the access is a bit tight. We had a wonderful time visiting our son in Wellington. The place was in walking distance to his home and we were able to host him and his girlfriend several times for meals and talks. Very centrally located and convenient and comfortalble.
