About this chalet rental

Welcome to Les Sables-d'Olonne in this furnished house ideally located just 200 metres from the main beach, in the heart of the town centre. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 travellers and offers walking access to all shops, restaurants and entertainment. After a day of surfing or water activities, you can enjoy its 25 m² interior courtyard, furnished with furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing. The ideal house for a seaside holiday, with family or friends.



Pass through the front door and head towards the warm living room. The American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 5 people or enjoy the one in the inner courtyard as soon as the sun is out. Extend the evening in the lounge area, where you can gather comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the TV.



The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190 cm), a water point with sink and mirror, as well as a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a single bed (90x190 cm) and a double bed (140x190 cm), also with a sink area, mirror and wardrobe.



The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, includes a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. A second independent toilet is also at your disposal.



A baby cot is available if needed.



Please note that the accommodation does not have private parking. Paid spaces are available on the street, and the nearest car park is located at the seafront (also paid).

Traffic is regulated by the city during certain periods of the year. On May weekends as well as Sundays in June, July and August, the area is closed to traffic from 12:00 to 00:00. On 14 July, an exceptional closure applies from 6:00 to 2:00 in the morning.

From January to April and from November to December, traffic is prohibited on all Sundays and public holidays from 12:00 to 18:00. Finally, in September and October, the closure applies to all Sundays from 12:00 to 20:00.

These restrictions may impact accessibility to the accommodation upon arrival, depending on the times and periods concerned, as they are imposed directly by the city.
