Welcome to Le P'tit Nid des Jardins d'IØde, a lovely new wooden house with a unique architectural design, built in 2025 on the island of Oléron. This cosy 43 m² nest offers you a comfortable stay in a calm and preserved environment.
Here, it is neither a mobile home with low ceilings nor a narrow tiny house with a ladder to climb into bed. It is a real house, on one level, bright, spacious and incredibly comfortable.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and has two real bedrooms with double beds (20 cm thick mattresses), one of which opens directly onto the garden and terrace - perfect for enjoying the sunset or waking up to birdsong.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker... Everything has been designed so that you can cook just like at home. The decoration is carefully crafted, the furniture is of quality, and the whole space breathes a sense of gentle living.
Outside, you will enjoy a private 256 m² garden with two wooden terraces, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue (except in case of prefectural restriction). It is the perfect place to read, take a nap, or dine outdoors.
A modern bathroom, separate toilets, and a parking space secured by an electric gate complete this little haven of peace.
Located in Les Jardins d'IØde, a small village of 22 environmentally-friendly wooden houses, Le P'tit Nid benefits from a rare setting: both peaceful and in immediate proximity to the market, shops, beach, and cycle paths.
