You’ll also find all the everyday comforts like a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and even a hairdryer to make your stay feel just like home. At the rear of the apartment is your own carport, providing secure, off-street parking. Whether you’re in town for work or play, this charming Malvern East home offers a warm welcome and a truly local experience.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the house for the duration of their stay.

PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the house, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. ** Lost key penalty - $300
