Pool amenities, secure parking, 2 bathrooms
Uncomfortable couch and not big enough for a family of 4. Also, 1 set of keys and fob made it very difficult for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to go to and from work and get to and from the pool at separate times.

The location and convenience is excellent. Caulfield is a beautiful place to stay and a walk to Coles and the train station and nearby bus stops plus Caulfield park improves attractiveness
We messaged hosts about a few things (we stayed here twice) but did not really get much of a response or acknowledgement. This stay was 10 days and it wasn’t quite stocked up on basics enough. Also one key only is inconvenient

Location and security and two bedrooms and two bathrooms
Was hard to locate lift on entering so guests need clearer instructions. Could have been cleaner , need more utensils in kitchen and better pillows . Also the remote to the garage didn’t work on entry or exit so needs renewing or new batteries
