Just off the kitchen sits a granite dining island with 4 chairs. Direct ocean views from kitchen, dining, and living room areas, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The large bedroom features a king-size bed, Tommy Bahama design, as is the entire condo. The kitchen is updated, but does not feature a dishwasher. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. French marble tile throughout, including southeast facing patio. The pool is heated and summer cooled. The sand area before the beach features 4 tikis with tables, BBQ grills, 6 umbrella/chaise lounges stations, bocce ball/putting green, and / hammocks. Great restaurants are within 1/2 mile , both north and south. We are situated midway between the lighthouse and the Fisher Family Pier.
