The space is newly updated and fully equipped with everything you'll ever need just like home. Kitchen is brand new with a fridge that has a built in ice maker. There's a Nespresso coffee machine, a french press & water kettle for your morning coffee or tea needs (coffee pods & tea bags incl). The dining area comfortably seats 3, and is suitable also as a designated work space. Super fast WiFi at 130 Mbps, you can take video calls and stream videos all at the same time.
Living room has a 50 inch TV with an Apple TV box that streams Netflix & Amazon prime. There are 3 Alexa devices in the apartment, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom for you to listen to the radio station or music of your choice. You can use Alexa to set your daily alarm, to find out about local weather or to help with nearby tourist attractions or restaurants suggestions.
Both living room & bedroom windows are new & hurricane proof and all have duo roller shades that are light filtering & total black out. The blackout roller shades are in both the living room and bedroom and are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Front door has a NEST exterior security camera with doorbell.
You are invited to use and enjoy the shared outdoor pool (9:00 AM to 8:30 PM) that has chairs, tables & sun lounges for you to enjoy when you just want to stay home and relax.
