Very nice apartment, neat decoration, ideally located in the center of the resort and close to the slopes of Courchevel Village. Beautiful view with balcony facing southeast.It consists of:- A living room with dining area, lounge and TV- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (combined microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine & fondue)- One double bedroom (180x200) en suite with bath and walk-in shower, TV, separate toilet and access to balcony- A second double bedroom (bed 180x200) with TV, access to the shower room and balcony- A cabin (without window) with double bunk beds (2 beds of 160x200) with access to the connecting shower room; sleeping in height is prohibited for children under 6 years of age- From an independent shower room with Italian shower- A separate toilet with hand washersOther:- Pets allowed (additional €110)- Wi-Fi- 2 ski lockers with shoe dryers (on the ground floor)- Drying washing machine - 1 place in the parking lot of the Grangettes (or Dou du Midi)- Access to the SPA of the residence: hammam, sauna, relaxation area, tisanerie and treatment roomA mandatory deposit (or deposit) will be required prior to your arrival.
