The “Le Petit Roi” chalet is located in Courchevel–1550, a resort situated within the world’s largest ski area, “Les 3 Vallées,” directly across from the tourist office, ski school, and kindergarten, with ski-in/ski-out access.
This chalet boasts an exceptional location with a private ground-floor terrace offering mountain views and facing the ski lifts, as well as being close to all amenities.
The LE PETIT ROI chalet features private access through a large entryway, a kitchen that opens onto a beautiful living area with high ceilings, exposed beams, and a three-sided fireplace.
It consists of three levels plus a mezzanine.
On the first level, you’ll find two bedrooms with 160-cm double beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
On the second level, there is a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a double bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and one bedroom (dormitory-style) with three bunk beds (sleeps 6).
On the semi-enclosed mezzanine with a panoramic view of the valley, there is a 140 cm double bed.
You’ll also have access to a relaxation area featuring an infrared sauna for 3 people, chromotherapy, a bathtub, and a shower.
A separate ski storage room equipped with a ski boot dryer completes this chalet.
You can also enjoy the Aquamotion complex, which offers the very best and most comprehensive selection of sports, recreational, and wellness activities. Vacationers can come to exercise, have fun, and relax in a unique setting.

Overall we had a great time and any problems (dishwasher issue) were quickly resolved by Clementine (host). The chalet is in a prime location for picking up ski passes, equipment and for eating out at the local restaurants. The mini market and the ski lifts are very close too! The only small downside was the 4th “double bed” room. it’s too small and the picture on the Vrbo site doesn’t really show this. I would come back here again and have no problem recommending here!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, we were concerned it may be a little small for three families, but it worked out perfectly especially having all the children together in the bunk bed room. We would highly recommend this chalet, it is a very reasonably priced in the heart of Courchevel 1550.
