The Lodge is a perfect getaway for a romantic break, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub whilst surrounded by beautiful countryside.. All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 50" Smart TV, Netflix, Sofa Bed (Single) (Child Only)
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Air Fryer, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, 50" Smart TV, Netflix, Bluetooth Speaker
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and Highchair.. Enclosed garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and BBQ. 10-acre grounds (shared with owner). Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike Store. Please note: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child.. The Lodge is beautifully situated in the Cumbrian countryside with the owner living next door. This lovely property has been built with comfort and style in mind, set in 10 acres of land and you can even bring your horse! The property is stylish and contemporary with a relaxing vibe. The bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with 50" TV whilst the modern bathroom has a double walk-in shower.
The Lodge has an open plan feel with the living, kitchen all in one space, and the sofa bed provides additional sleeping in the living area. Outside you are met with country views, 10 acres of land and your own private garden with hot tub and seating area. It is within 20 minutes’ drive to Windermere and Coniston and 10 minutes to Barrow-in-Furness and Ulverston, home of the amazing Buddhist centre. A few miles down the road is the South Lakes Safari Zoo and Furness Abbey. Beach 6 miles. Shop and restaurant 4 miles and pub 1 mile.

Wonderful set up at The Lodge. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family break. All the mod cons, particularly liked the electric window blinds. Kitchen facilities was excellent and more than adequate. We also took our own coffee machine for that extra home comfort. Location was pretty central for the places we wanted to visit. Windermere was only 40 minutes away with stunning views of the country side on route. Hot Tube was a lovely touch and well maintainedAll in all a lovely break away from home. To be completely honest, we didn’t want to come home… 😂Testament to Steve and Cary for making us feel welcome to The Lodge
