The location. The internal space really supports both privacy and quiet and group get togethers. It’s perfect for a group of friends. Parking space. The comfort of the beds. Lovely bedding and towels. Good information. The hot tub. The beautiful gardens.
Small niggles reported to help!
The smaller bathrooms all need updating. The shower downstairs drains very slowly. The toilet next to the purple room stopped flushing - the mechanism is faulty. The shower in the bathroom next door to that runs cold. There are no slip mats. We were a group of five using the kitchen - suggest someone cooks a big meal to test out the facilities e.g. no colander (I know it sounds petty but we couldn’t drain anything boiled!)

Fantastic location, great facilities. Very comfy house for a group stay/family visit.
Bathrooms fantastic - master bedroom not to be missed... Hot tub great even with cold nights.
Creepy pivoting cameras on outside of property (pointing inside and out of house) and fixed cameras pointing at hot tub. (sure it may reduce insurance for the owners, but it totally removes the peace, tranquillity and privacy of the getaway)
Exit time WAY too early for anyone with kids, or just normal humans who wish to finish off their holiday with a small lie in! 9AM is just too much of a push.
