About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is walking distance to the beach. You must be respectful of my neighbors. Absolutely/ Positively NO PARTIES ! You will removed immediately. Nice , quiet, tranquil location. Pool closes at 9:00 pm. While enjoying the Jacuzzi, please keep your voice down. No music. It is ideal for 4 to 5 guests.
Full access , as though this was your own home. Im available 24/7 should the need arise. Please be honest and accurate about who will be staying in my condo. Any misrepresentation of guests will result in an immediate cancellation. Pets are typically not accepted, but I have made exceptions. The pool key will cost 250.00 if lost, so please do not lose it. I have never had any problems with guests, as most have treated my home, as though it were their own. San Clemente is a very special place, and I'm lucky enough to call it home. I look forward to sharing the beach life with you, and your Ohana. ( family) Enjoy your stay. 5 Day Minimum Stay.

Property was excellent we were four women ranging in ages 62-72; place was well equipped , clean and extremely comfortable, conveniently located to everything. Would definitely stay again

My family and I had a great stay! Clean, newly remodeled condo with 2 car garage and brand new furniture and appliances. Great communication from Tom. Our 2 girls loved the twin beds and the condo really felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend!

This is my first time staying at a VRBO. I have stayed at other organization properties rented by owners as well for many many times and I must say that this has been the best of all. Thomas was very courteous and timely his answers, he has ensured all details will make your stay unforgettable. He has a superb location, truly equipped and beautiful home!!!! We will surely return!
