Minimum 7-Day Rental. Beautiful furnished Condo complete with a modern granite fire pit with seating for 6, an outdoor infrared patio heater, & Propane BBQ. Comfortable living room with a 50 inch flat screen TV and surround sound. The Master Bedroom also has a 42 inch flat screen. High speed internet & XUMO Stream boxes for both TV's from Spectrum that allows you to enjoy free content through apps like XUMO Play, Tubi, & Pluto TV. & access to streaming services. Enjoy the beautiful pool & hot tub& soak in some rays.

The complex is centrally located less than 1 mile from the heart of downtown Palm Springs. There are many amazing restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area for your convenience. Palm Springs international airport is less than a 5 minute commute.

Stayed for week 2 Coachella and Stagecoach and the place was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us... 2 couples and the price and accommodations were excellent! Large rooms and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the tools you might need for an extended stay. When we werent at the festivals we thoroughly enjoyed just lazying around at the pools or on the unit's beautiful patio (complete with fire pit and heater which we didnt need.) The condo was immaculate and in a very nice location. The area was very safe and the complex and condo are well maintained. We did lots of exploring and found the location very convenient. We spent quite a bit of time at the pool which was close to the unit. The other guests and owners at the complex were very friendly and helpful too. The owner was very helpful during our stay. I cannot say enough about how great he was during our 12 day stay. What a treat and I hope it's available when we are ready to visit again.

We had a wonderful time golfing, shopping. Enjoyed the patio and fire. The place was very well stocked, great place to stay!
