Beautiful Ranch Style house close to the airport and Demuth Park. The park offers amenities such as tennis, golf, softball, picnic areas, and many more. The house is also approximately 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs from all the wonderful restaurants and shopping centers. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all memory foam beds! Additionally, salt water pool and hot tub ready for your use, which are great for adults and kids alike!

Mike was always quick to answer my questions and his house is so nicely appointed. It’s well stocked, great location neat downtown Palm Springs and the lay out of the house is perfect. In fact, my sisters and I loved it so much, we’ve already booked it again for next year!!!

But the second morning there was a very strong natural gas smell in the garage and the area in between the house and garage. I notified the host and he said he had a ha dyman fix a leak earlier and would come back sometime to check it out. We ended up having to call the gas company to turn the gas off since we were very concerned with our safety. We had no hot water or cooking capabilities for the rest of our stay.
