In this wonderful location, next to Adeje, we offer for rent a meticulously renovated 60 m2 seafront flat.
Why choose this flat?- Because it has a fantastic panorama: you can see the crater of the island, the 3718 m high Teide (National Park Las Cañadas del Teide (Tenerife) and the Atlantic Ocean.- Because it has its own swimming pool and parking, and is centrally located, next to the Hard Rock Hotel. - Because the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and the 20 m² terrace offers a breathtaking view. The terrace can be accessed from two directions: from the bedroom and from the living room. Of course, you can also present the show to your housemates easily via video call, as there is also Wi-Fi connection in the building.
Why Tenerife?-The climate is very favourable all year round, so if you don't plan to climb the peak of Mount Teide, shorts and summer clothes are definitely enough. - Here boredom is out of the question: you can go hiking, scuba diving or sign up for a really special dolphin or whale watching cruise. - For water sports enthusiasts, Tenerife is an ideal place, but for those who prefer to play ball on the green grass rather than ride a jet ski or water ski, golf courses of perfect quality await those who want an active holiday.- Tenerife is home to Siam Park, which has been voted the best water park in the world four times. If you've tried all the slides and pools, be sure to visit Loro Park, where, as well as a world-class show of seals, parrots and dolphins, you can also meet the oceans' top predator, the orca, which is unique in Europe.- And if you've had your fill of experiences, try the best of Canarian food, either on the coast or inland amidst cosy banana plantations.

Bed linen and bath towels INCLUDED!!!The complex has 4 lifts and a swimming pool.Flexible arrival and departure times if possible (to be agreed in advance).For arrivals after 22.30 there is an extra charge of 20 euros to be paid on arrival.For loss of keys there is an extra charge of 100 euro for changing the lock.The flat is 11 km from Aqualand and 12 km from Siam Park.It is only 28 km from Tenerife South airport.Taxis are cheap and there are good bus connections.Free parking is available in the area, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, car rental.Only a few minutes' walk from the magnificent beach of Playa El Pinque.
The complex's swimming pool is closed for maintenance and improvement works.At the moment, we do not have a confirmed completion date.During this period the reception will also be renovated.
