Het uitzicht is top. De ligging is praktisch: dicht bij alles. De communicatie met de host verloopt vlot. Het appartement is ruim genoeg en het was er netjes.
Er was erg veel lawaai tijdens ons verblijf: in het weekend van het hotel aan de overkant, in de week vanwege de werken onderaan het appartementsgebouw. Tijdens ons verblijf was er op één ochtend geen lopend water beschikbaar (het duurde niet lang: misschien 30 minuten tot 1 uur)) en een andere ochtend waren er werken aan de lift waardoor we die tijdelijk niet konden gebruiken. We vonden het jammer dat er geen basics aanwezig waren voor de keuken zoals peper en zout, olijfolie, een flesje water of enkele koffiepads (wel afwaszeep en een afwasdoekje). De bedden zijn erg kort.
