Welcome to our 2,000-square-foot, 10th-floor oceanfront home in Ormond Beach, where the ocean isn't simply something you can see—it is part of the experience from virtually every room.
This spacious top-floor oceanfront condo was designed for families and friends to be together, with room to spread out, relax, play, eat, and make memories. Unlike a typical vacation rental, our open-concept design gives you the feeling of a comfortable beach home rather than a hotel room.
🌊 The Ocean Is Your Backyard
Our expansive oceanfront deck is one of our favorite places in the entire condo. Start your morning with coffee and a spectacular sunrise. Keep an eye out for dolphins, seabirds, and other wildlife throughout the day. In the evening, enjoy the ocean breeze and the peaceful sound of the waves.
And when you're hungry, there's no need to leave the view behind.
Our dining area gives you what we call “immediate oceanfront seating.” Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a glass of coffee while looking directly out over the Atlantic.
Every room in the condo has an ocean view.
The master bedroom has a direct ocean view, while the guest bedroom offers spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Even the game room has a direct ocean view.
🏖️ Step Outside and You're at the Beach
Our beautiful no-drive beach is right outside.
We've supplied much of what you'll need for a great beach day:

• Beach umbrella
• 10' x 10' beach tent
• Boogie boards
• Bocce ball

Prefer the pool? The heated pool is open year-round, so you can enjoy a swim regardless of the season.
For even more outdoor fun, you'll find shuffleboard and cornhole equipment in the cart room.
And when you're ready to explore, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

One of the most unique features of our condo is the game room.
When we designed the unit, we intentionally left the wall between the third bedroom and the living area open. The result is a huge, open gathering space that combines the feeling of a game room with the openness of the main living area.
Challenge your family to a game of pool, relax on the twin beds, play a board game, or simply sit back and enjoy the spectacular ocean view.
And yes—you can play pool while looking at the Atlantic Ocean.

🌴 More Than a Vacation Rental
We've been coming to the Ormond Beach area since 2010. After staying in several different units, we finally found this one—and immediately knew it was the place we wanted to call home.
Our three children, their spouses, and our nine grandchildren have enjoyed countless family gatherings here. Everyone has space, yet we're all together.
That's exactly what we wanted when we made this our Florida home.
When we're back in Minnesota, we're delighted to share it with guests who want to experience the same things we love about this special place.

Our year-round home is in Ely, Minnesota, near the Canadian border and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. We live in a place surrounded by more than a million acres of pristine wilderness, and we've always felt incredibly fortunate to call it home.
Then we discovered this.
A different kind of paradise.
Here, instead of a quiet Minnesota lake surrounded by wilderness, we have the endless Atlantic Ocean stretching to the horizon. Sunrises replace northern forests. Dolphins replace loons. The ocean breeze replaces the scent of pine.
And somehow, it feels just as special.
This is our Home Away from Home—and we love sharing it with others.

Amazing Condo and Experience! The views are exactly as the pictures described and the condo is even bigger! Tom is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Very easy beach access and the unit comes with everything you could possibly imagine! It had every cooking utensil, plenty of plates cups and everything you need! And the unit also has access to beach chairs, some sun shade(easy up type of overhead shade) and everything else you need to have a lovely time at the beach. The pool was very relaxing and everyone staying there was super friendly. If you are reading this review and debating on coming here for a stay, you must come!! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the Ormond area has plenty of things to do and great restaurants. There is a fantastic ice cream shop within walking distance that has free putt putt golf and a giant connect 4 game. The Publix grocery store is a short walk. Overall, this an exceptional place. Great for families. The kids loved the pool table and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. The massive table is such a blessing for families to share a meal or play board games in the evenings! The owners treated us like family and we highly recommend anyone to come here and stay! We will be back! Thank you Tom for an amazing stay and your hospitality!
