About this apartment rental
Step into our unique spacious retro vacation loft apartment! Book this amazing space with your family and friends! Plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful outside spacious deck for sunning and relaxing! This is a second story apartment with stair access. The apartment is situated across the street from the beach. You have views of the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Here you will have all the amenities you will need. You need to bring nothing but your suitcase. Make it a family retreat and rent our other space next door! Easily fits a total of 18 people altogether! Loft by the Sea has been our vacation rental for almost 3 years.
This has been quite the project for us and we want it to be a perfectly unique experience for our guests. A great place with a lot of character with all the comforts of what you would expect in a vacation rental. We wanted to stand out from the rest and offer something completely different.
Here you will find exposed air conditioning ducts and a countertop in the kitchen with the appearance of soapstone to give this place a cool lofty industrial look. I was inspired by the retro kitchen dinette to create a more retro look. We wanted to bring back the early days and represent this old building. It's decorated with a lot of character, colors and fun and sure to be enjoyed by everyone who stays with us! Including an old console record player where you can play some of the old vinyl records I have found during this construction process!! There are tvs in 2 bedrooms and the family room. One of the bedrooms makes a great place for the kids to set up their video games and play comfortably on a rainy day or night after the beach. I can promise you, you will find this place to be a great rental and you will want to come back again! The Retro is equipped with fast Spectrum wifi. Internet speed 300mbps.
Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

The atmosphere and decor were beautiful. Vacationed to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday along with her graduating high school, as well as my birthday trip to Welcome to Rockville. From the moment i booked and every day i stayed, Ms. Sandie has been very helpful, caring and attentive. She is a truly wonderful host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, neatly organized and quiet place to relax and get away from the chaos of everyday life. We loved it here and look forward to booking again in the future.

The apartment was immaculate. It's charming and sufficient for a group. Sandie was amazing and very communicative during the stay. Instructions were clear and concise for everything from check in to check out and all in between.
