Sparkford House in Winchester

Location pleasant staff , nice rooms , clean modern building ,

On arrival room was dirty no clean towels ( o heap on table ) bed linen still on unmade bed , kitchen surfaces dirty. Cup unwashed coverd in stains. After several phone calls was told it would be sorted , after going out for several hours we returned to find it was still not cleaned , several phone calls later , was told no cleaners available until next day, we slept !! that night on the desk chairs fully clothed. The next morning we went out about 8 am , on our return the room had finally been cleaned . Apart from this we enjoyed our stay , and will hopefully return. Is it possible to get a list of when the rooms are available during the year . Thank you C J TOSH , S
