Everything you may need for your stay is made available, of course fresh milk, bread etc needs to be brought but everything else is there, making travelling to this destination a lot more comfortable and less cumbersome. We have spent the weekend in heavy rain here once before and you can simply look out over the water to the boats or the sea while lying on a bed in the lounge quite comfortably and relaxed.
Had to think really hard for this one, but the entrance to the garage is just around the corner just off the main road so backing out into the street is a little bit risky and needs to be timed for traffic. The alternative is driving over the grass to join up with the road. But this is about all I can come up with. :-D

The position is spectacular, right on the water. Sunny and serene.
Need a bigger chopping board!!! (We had a large loaf of bread)
