Kingfisher Cottage 2 or 3 Bedroom - Russell Cottages Collection

All the things you need in a home were there and good quality including small things like sharp knives, glad wrap, swimming towels and bathroom towels. fans for summer and heaters for winter, great location- 5 minute stroll to the ferry and township. The house was clean and tidy and the pool was well used.

Location was excellent. House was tidy/clean. It was easy to keep it clean as there were ample cleaning products/vacuum/mop. There was not a lot to NOT like and there was a lot to like. Our parking spots were good for us as there was a gap between #9 and the next apartment, which allowed the motor of the boat to hang over into,

The sign in register was bizarre for spa & BBQ - I did sign in and book, but most people didnot. We cleaned the BBQ after but others didnot. Some people spent all afternoon in Spa so when we went at say 7pm or thereabouts the pool was not as hot as it should have been as people had used it all afternoon (and in the rain) Did not use the fancy coffee machine as did not know how to use.... I guess we could have looked it up on internet. If we were unable to park boat then the common place for parking boat was always in use.

Location in the centre of Russell was great, the cottage was well equipped, stylish and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was a great place for family to gather. The bedrooms were comfortable and the place was newly decorated and very clean. Our cottage, number 9, had a small deck that we used and we also swam in the pool.

The weather was not too hot but the bedrooms could get a little hot.

Our property manager Donna was lovely very quick to respond excellent communication she greeted us in a gorgeous outfit very professional.

The air conditioning unit is just upstairs great for the bedrooms. As the weather was so sunny and hot the cottage was as very warm. There are lots of fan which is helpful but just moved the hot air around.
