Excellent, safe

Highly recommend staying at the Motel Homestead. John was incredibly warm and welcoming and even offered me a cold drink on a very hot day. The rooms and parking are secure behind a gated area, and the room had everything I needed—plus extras like an electric hot plate, pan, and pot. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so happy with my stay and John’s service that I had to. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Despite the fact that it’s a motel and doesn’t necessarily have an overwhelmingly charming exterior the staff (Sam) was kind and allowed for late check in, safety (cars are parked behind a locked fence), comfortable beds, hot shower

New beds would make this a great place!

Tidy, clean. Had what we needed except good beds.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Please replace them and then we would recommend this place. We primarily needed good sleeps between martial arts competitions which not easy on such uncomfortable wobbly beds

This hotel is run by good honest people. Exceptionally clean and in a great location close to all the shops, train, and restaurants. The people who run this establishment are exceptionally polite and bent over backwards to be helpful.

A Place to Stay when in the Region.

No noisy neighbours.

vynl floors. Kitchen plates and cups etc on the bottom shelf. Small unit just kitchen chairs.

The cleanliness of the unit. The cost was ok. Kitchenette well equipped. Excellent shower. Security for car in enclosed compound. Close to shops and restaurants.

Double bed was exceeding hard and uncomfortable. Needs instructions book, how to work heatpump, the electronic hotplate the intercom phone to office. The microwave did not work but was replaced quickly. Need dishcloth for wiping the bench, the teatowel should no be used, only for drying dishes and cutlery. No fan in bathroom to clear the air. No toilet spray.

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und hatten einen super freundlichen Check-in. Thanks again for the beer 😀🫶 Unser Zimmer war für den Preis super. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Motels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, dass es keinen Teppich gab, sondern einen schönen Holzboden. Auf jeden Fall eine 100% Weiterempfehlung
