About this house rental
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Exceeding is not permitted. (for example: 3 bedrooms = 3 people maximum

What a fantastic spot! The outdoor pool was a highlight for our kids, and the garden was perfect for lounging, The location is great—just a stroll to Platja Segon Muntanyar, We enjoyed our time immensely!

The location is very convenient, with several dining options within walking distance, The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, We were able to enjoy both relaxation by the pool and fun days at the beach!

A very practical choice for a vacation home, It has all the necessary amenities, and it was nice to have the option to cook meals, The nearby beach was a favorite spot for us during the day
