    Room was cosy and clean, reception guys very friendly once contact was established. However, you gave to telephone to obtain pass number in, as no-one was there after 7p.m. A young boy from tea salon next door helped me, as I did not have Turkish SIM card. Otherwise, good value for money, and 5 mins easy stroll to Taksim main square. (Avoid the close by side street restaurants and tea bars, especially the next street up with Moroccan fare…. Extortionate and unbelievable prices. Absolute rip off with poor service in both the places I tried.)

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The elevator was tiny and uncomfortable, and there was no staff available to assist with luggage. Getting to the hotel requires going down a long and steep staircase, which is very difficult, especially with bags. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly managed.

    + room was ok, owner was polite. -honestly So disappointed We paid suite with kitchen but they put me in deluxe room during 5 days because they said double book mistake from agoda, room is enough for my family but nothing special, no cofee,no sugar, no soap ,no shampoo,no toiletries. i didnt make alot complain because i want enjoy my vacation. But i still recommend this hotel if this mistake didn't happen.

    It is a very near place with Taxi Square with a lot of good restaurant, the owner was very generous to let us leave our stuff with them for a while after checked out! Thank you. By the way, you will have to check out by noon.
